Ennesima uscita per la famosa e prolifica Roadrunner Records che presenta gli svedesi Grand Magus con questo deludente Hammer of the North.
Un clichè continuo ed imperterrito di Heavy Metal con sfumature Doom che, così come proposto, nel 2010 non ha ragione di esistere, a mio avviso. I fan più sfegatati probabilmente dissentiranno, ma una cosa è certa: l'evoluzione dello stile non passa da questo disco.
Siamo veramente lontani dai tempi di Monument del 2003.
