I teutonici Electric Orange, che già hanno trovato spazio tra queste righe, giungono al loro XXIII album (senza contare l'unico ep del 1996). Dirk Jan Müller, Dirk Bittner, Tom Rückwald, Silvio Franolic e Josef Ahns non tradiscono le aspettative ed il loro carattere oscillante tra il kraut e la psichedelia moderna, pur in chiave vagamente retro. Apre 'Polyzysten' che ci regala, con qualche incertezza ritmica, atmosfere dai riverberi dilatati, quasi ambient, segue 'Basslochner' un coinvolgente groove ritmico-campionato dal sapore etnico. 'Fluff' ci conferma una presenza massiccia di riverberi ed un uso non irrilevante delle tastiere. Sarà anche un disco - diciamo - 'Kraut', ma il moto ondivago del tempo, secondo me non sempre voluto, finisce col togliere valore e ascoltabilità all'insieme. I Motorpsycho non hanno mai avuto pecche del genere. A conferma delle prime impressioni, la seguente 'Perpetuum Mobilier' (forse una perifrasi del più oscuro Perpetuum Mobile...?!) ci offre un groove ritmico-melodic di synth (filtro che si apre e chiude col principio del phaser senza ottenerne il risultato). Chitarre con echo, spesso 'out' lavorano sul tessuto ritmico che ho appena cennato. Pezzo non banale. Netto, la titletrack, si muove più o meno sulla stessa falsariga, groove e synth. Bella la successiva 'Supptruppen' in stile veramente kraut, il miglior pezzo sin'ora. Buone anche i seguenti tre pezzi, che sommati ai precedenti ci regalano più di 60 minuti di un disco bello, kraut ed a tratti sperimentale. 

The teutonic Electric Orange, who have already found space between these lines, they come to XXIII album (not counting the only ep from 1996). Dirk Jan Müller, Dirk Bittner, Tom Rückwald, Silvio Franolic and Josef Ahns not betray the expectations and their character ranging from the modern psychedelia and kraut, despite the key slightly retro. Opens 'Polyzysten' that gives us, with some  rhythmic uncertainty, atmospheres with dilated reverberations, almost ambient, followed by 'Basslochner' an engaging rhythmic grooves taken from the ethnic flavor. 'Fluff' confirms a massive presence of reverb and a not insignificant use of keyboards. Will also be a record - let's say - 'Kraut', but the wavering motion of the time, not always wanted, ends up with devaluing the whole listenability. Motorpsycho have never had such flaws. To confirm the first impressions, the following 'Perpetuum Mobilier' (maybe a paraphrase of the obscure Perpetuum Mobile ...?!) gives us a melodic-rhythmic groove synth (filter that opens and closes with the principle of the phaser without obtaining the result). Guitars with echo, often 'out', work on the fabric rhythm that I just mentioned. Piece is not trivial. Netto, the title track, moves more or less along the same lines, grooves and synths. Nice the next 'Supptruppen' a really great kraut styled song, the best piece so far. Good also the following three pieces, which added to the previous offer us more than 60 minutes of a good work, kraut and at times experimental.
