The Wisdoom - The Wisdoom (2011)

The Wisdoom - The Wisdoom (2011)
(self released - Phonosphera Records)

Secondo voi, i romani Wisdoom, [Dario Iocca (guitar),  Francesco Pucci (guitar, vocals), Alessandro Commisso (drums), Fabrizio Fraja (bass)] cosa suonano ?!  Psichedelia alla Pink Floyd ? Rock and Roll alla Motorhead ? Rock americano anni '80 ?

There's no doubt that the explosion of the 'network' has made available to the musical user a huge amount of  material. Go to internet, download it, play it and sometimes buy it. Sites and blogs with reviews multiply (often for the sole purpose of receiving the records in promotion withou paying them...) with very colorful judgments. Take random a title from my previous posts and try to do a web search, you will be amazed, disagreement, not only with regard to whether a disc like it or not (which is legitimate) but also the style buckled the various bands. What do you think, the romans Wisdoom, [Dario Iocca (guitar), Francesco Pucci (guitar, vocals), Alessandro Commisso (drums), Fabrizio Fraja (bass)] What do they sound?! The psychedelic Pink Floyd? Rock and Roll a la Motorhead? '80s American Rock? No, not that cock. The play doom (the name 'WisDOOM' tells you something !?). A nice EP of three long pieces, slow doom improvable but well done. The first instrumental track is more than 9 minutes long with heavy chords, wise actions from an organ, Marshall and big muff to the max. The production is definitely worth reviewing, but at least they have something to say. Beautiful is the riff and the voice of Katabasis. A vaguely psychedelic bridge stops the typical doom style riff, and the same psychedelic mood lead us to the third and final song, well ... very nice the final 16:35, listen to that. Among other things, it is also nice the mini cd that recalls a vinyl...Self-produced and distributed by Phonosphera Records. The three children need attention, we look forward to a full-length.
